It has good potential as an all-in-one app for managing a single-member LLC, but I ran into two pain points related to time & invoicing. The time tracking feature (something you'd likely use daily) is hidden in a menu, rather than having a one-touch access button on the home screen. Generating invoices from time tracked is only available on Hurdlr Pro at double the cost of Premium. The grouping of features doesn't make sense to me. Using two separate apps will be way more cost-effective.

Being forced to leave this app because support is insufficient. I contacted support regarding an issue. They said they'd keep me updated, but it's been 3 months and have provided no updates despite me reaching out 3 times to check on it's progress. I asked to be compensated for the 3 months subscription they've had me waste but they told me "We cannot grant refunds for previous months since our Premium subscription offers advance features"... I don't even have premium, which they're petty about

I like using this for time tracking among its main features. I would keep the program open on my browser so I don't forget to end time tracking for a client. However, I hate the header that shows my Profit or Losses amount after tax. I can't keep my browser open because of noisy people. I have complained about this in the past and still nothing. Get rid of that and I'll be a customer again. Reply: There should be an option to hide it.
