Operational solution:
A mobile application dedicated to local staff to identify and categorize acts of incivility on a given property. It also offers visualization of existing reports and integrated messaging to facilitate communication.
All reports are centralized in a back office accessible to managers. This space allows them to have a global vision of their entire assets and to follow the actions implemented for each report.
