I can't recommend Tripool enough. I used this service twice during my Taiwan holiday finding it a reasonably priced option to get to destinations on my itinerary quicker than through the public transport system. I really got to experience the excellent customer service when I needed to amend my second booking to avoid being trapped at my location by typhoon kong-rey. In both cases, drivers were punctual, professional and very safe.

I tried their service three times already. The timely service and the professionism of their drivers was always very impressive! I will use their service in the future and recommende to my friends and families.
