Pathetic. Not sure why they replaced card system with this app. Everytime this app gets stuck while swapping. Then go through the tedious process of clearing temps, switching to airplane mode and back on, many times rebooting the phone if none of the options work. Even after reboot, it's not guaranteed it'll be successful. This is the most annoying use of technology I've seen so far. If there were a negative star here, I'd have opted that; not in the mood to give even a single one.

Keeps logging out, sometimes every other day. Got stuck so many times, have to get help from reception for entry/exit.

Never works. Always have to get help from the concierge as the app just constantly fails. Have had to get physical day passes the last few times I was there as the app just refuses to work. Also doesn't let me use the lifts before a certain time but let's me in the main doors which makes no sense. Installed and reinstalled plenty of times. Drains my battery. Need to go back to cards. I'm getting seriously over the amount of apps I have to have on my PERSONAL phone to do my work.
