Doesn't notify how many credits are used or data is expired, i only get an sms of all that after like from multiple hours to days after i ran out of these, so ridiculous. Only thing they're good at is blocking your acces to data, they know damn well when you're out of credits, but you can't accurately view it yourself so you end up just losing acces. Besides this app has seen more downtimes than I've had barber visits in my life, wonder what those are for if they fix nothing.

I can't find my invoice in this app how can I pay without base reference number. Before, I use to got my invoices in this app but not anymore. Can someone please help me so that I can pay my bill this month. Thank you in advance.

It used to be fine but since the latest update, I can't connect anymore. Not allowing me to enter a password, straight trying to look up mobile data and telling me it can't connect anymore. Can't recharge, can't buy, can't do anything. Which means I've lost 15€ which expired because I couldn't connect on the road to buy an internet package. I'm seriously pissed and consider moving to another provider.
