Libvar Mobile is a free mobile application created for registered users of the "Pencho Slaveykov" Regional Library - Varna. Libvar Mobile is the mobile version of the "My Library" electronic platform, with which readers manage their library profile and connect directly to library resources - quickly, easily and conveniently.
Main functions:
• Search the catalog - quickly search by title and author
• Online book request - you order books directly through the application
• Favorite titles - create your own personal list of titles
• Track borrowed books - you see which books you borrowed and until when
• Borrowing periods – you receive notifications before the loan term expires
• Overwriting - you extend the term of the books you have borrowed
• Reserved books - you track the status of the requested books on the waiting list
• Borrowing history - you check what you have read in the last 12 months
• Cultural calendar – information about events and meetings held in the library
How does it work?
In order to use the Libvar Mobile mobile application, it is necessary to have a valid registration as a reader of the "Pencho Slaveykov" Regional Library - Varna. Registration in the library is done only on the spot in each of the service departments. Detailed information about the conditions for registration, as well as the addresses and working hours of the library, is available on the official website www.libvar.bg.
Once you are already a reader of the library, you need to create a profile in the "My Library" electronic platform (http://catalog.libvar.bg/myLibrary/) of the "Pencho Slaveykov" Regional Library.
Save the login username and password in My Library - they are required to log in to the Libvar Mobile app.
Important! The application does not support direct registration through a mobile interface.
Interoperability
Libvar Mobile is compatible with most mobile devices – phones, tablets, watches. Supports Android and iOS operating systems. If the device is running an older or beta test operating system, it may not be able to install the latest version of the mobile app.
