Ho'oponopono is a process in which we undo the toxic energies that exist within us to enable the impact of Divine thoughts, words, achievements and actions.
In a nutshell, ho'oponopono means 'repair' or 'fix an error' According to the ancient Hawaiians, error arises from thoughts contaminated by painful memories of the past. Ho'oponopono offers a way to release the energy of those painful thoughts, or mistakes, that can cause imbalance and illness.
Behind every situation, every event and every encounter that takes place in life, a memory is kept. The purpose of Ho'oponopono is to release memories that can put obstacles in the person's life or be a source of pain, grief or suffering.
Modern ho'oponopono practice consists of four main phrases:
* I'm sorry;
* Forgive me;
* I love you;
* I'm grateful.

A part of the Original Prayer!
Divine Creator, Father, Mother, Son - all in one.
If I, my family, my relatives and ancestors offended your family, relatives and ancestors in thoughts, deeds or actions, from the beginning of our creation to the present, we ask for His forgiveness.
Let this cleanse, purify, release and cut out all negative memories, blockages, energies, and vibrations. Transmute these unwanted energies into pure LIGHT. And so it is.
To wipe my subconscious from all the emotional charge stored in it, I say over and over again during my day the keywords of Ho'oponopono.
I'm Sorry, Forgive Me, I Love You, I'm Thankful.

Fundamental Principles of Zero Limit:
1) You have no idea what's going on.
It is impossible to be aware of everything that is happening in and around us, either consciously or unconsciously.
2) You do not have control over all things.
Obviously, if you do not know everything that is happening, you can not control everything. To think that you can force the world to do what you want is an ego trip.
3) You can heal anything that comes your way.
Anything that comes up in your life, regardless of how it appeared, is available for healing simply because it is now on your radar.
4) You are completely responsible for all of your experience.
What happens in your life is not your fault, but it is your responsibility.
5) Inspiration is more important than intention.
Intention is a toy of the mind; inspiration is a directive of the Divine. At some point you will surrender and begin to pay attention instead of begging and waiting.
