Partner Credit:

1. Minimum and maximum periods for payment: from 2 to 12 months; (which is what is in the app)

2. Interest rates: the amounts, rates and terms available will be calculated according to the analysis of each client and may be changed at Bemol's discretion. The maximum annual percentage rate (APR) is 585.5% per year;
3. Simulation example: when taking out a loan of R$500.00 to be paid in 12 installments at rates of 2.5% per month, the customer will have 12 installments of R$49.83. The total payable is R$597.96 (R$87.92 in interest + R$10.04 in IOF).


Pix Installments:

1. Minimum and maximum periods for payment: from 2 to 24 months;


2. Interest rates: the amounts, rates and terms available will be calculated according to the analysis of each client and may be changed at Bemol's discretion. The maximum annual percentage rate (APR) is 659.0% per year;

3. Simulation example: when taking out a loan of R$4,000.00 to be paid in 18 installments at rates of 2.5% per month, the client will have 18 installments of R$285.78. The total payable is R$5,144.04 (R$1,046 in interest + R$98.56 in IOF).

Problema de falta de acesso foi resolvido. Atendentes se desdobraram para resolver e foram muito educadas e atenciosas. O aplicativo é simples de aparência, porém tem todas as funcionalidades essenciais de qualquer outro aplicativo bancário. Sugestão para próximas atualizações: Gostaria de ver o saldo do crédito no cartão Bemol.

Gostei o app! É intuitivo e as funcionalidades são fáceis de encontrar. Também pedi meu cartão e chegou antes do previsto. A Bemol está de parabéns e espero que venham mais novidades em breve.

Sou cliente Bemol há bastante tempo. Fiquei empolgado com esse app. Mas por alguma razão que desconheço, não deu certo para mim. Baixei. Me cadastrei seguindo todos os passos. Mas só consegui abrir o app para ver que minha conta estava bloqueada. Motivo??? Como já disse, não sei. Tive que deletar o app e claro, a conta. Mas continuo fiel a Bemol. A única escolha que tenho é ir pessoalmente à loja física. Mas tudo bem. Bemol é outro nível. Me sinto parte da Bemol. Vou dar só 3 estrelas ao app.
