Does the Gol app even work at all? I've booked a trip through AA in 2 months to Brazil. Neither the app nor the Gol website shows my flights. The AA app shows my flights, but I cannot pick seats for Gol. The app only has Portuguese. I speak English. French, German and a little Russian but no Portuguese. Both the app and English website are hard to navigate. At least there are no pop-up ads. Surely Gol could find better programmers for both app and website. Simply Poorly done.

This app is trash. I miraculously was able to pick my seat 1 way and when I got to my return segment, it won't even load. I get stuck on the Aguarde I'm instant enquanto page. It doesn't move off that page! So now my only option is to call Brazil from the states??? If the app doesn't work, then I can only imagine how busy the phones are! This app is unusable and needs to be fixed dev team!!!!

Way worse than one star. Can't buy luggage in the app (just keeps trying to load) nor the website (keeps asking for a login, which I provide, then it throws me back to flight screen, I select luggage again, it asks for login,..., repeat). Profitable strategy to force us to buy at the Airport and pay twice their already unrealistic price.
