Very buggy application, no option for other languages, no dark mode, full of advertisements, the company provides a public domain service profits horrors with our information and they still have to display advertisements and it is not enough to be full of advertisements from Serasa itself. I would never hire Serasa to calculate credit for clients as it is easy to get around this by paying a small fee.

Weak at best. Pay for services that are worthless. They protect the banks and ignore the consumer. It is now a US-based company called Experian which has the worst track record of the 5 bureaus that report individual financial activities..the worst customer service of all 3 big ones in every area. Experian is famous for ignoring small consumers and never helping when the big banks hurt the small guy. They simply do not care. Their PR and advertising is strong and appears caring. Be careful

Easy to use but it does not clearly states whether further debts are to be added once you pay existing ones. You pay and new debts come up out of the blue.
