About this game

Play Cacheta Pife Classic Fun Card Offline Challenge with Friend no Wifi Needed. Cacheta (also known as "Caxeta" or "Pife") is a popular card game in Brazil, similar to Rummy. Here are the rules for playing Cacheta offline:

The goal is to form sets and sequences with the cards in your hand and be the first to go out by discarding all your cards.

Deal
1. **Players**: 2 to 6 players.
2. **Deck**: Two standard 52-card decks combined (104 cards total).

Gameplay
1. **Dealing**: Shuffle the decks thoroughly. Each player is dealt 9 cards. The remaining cards form the draw pile, placed face down in the center. The top card of the draw pile is turned face up to start the discard pile.
2. **Forming Sets and Sequences**:
- **Set**: Three or four cards of the same rank (e.g., 7♣, 7♦, 7♠).
- **Sequence**: Three or more consecutive cards of the same suit (e.g., 5♠, 6♠, 7♠).

3. **Turn**: On each turn, a player can either:
- **Draw**: Take the top card from the draw pile or the top card from the discard pile.
- **Discard**: Discard one card from their hand onto the discard pile.

4. **Going Out**: When a player can form all their cards into sets and sequences, they can lay down their entire hand, going out and winning the round. The player must also discard one last card to the discard pile.

Scoring
1. **Points**: At the end of each round, players score points based on the cards left in their hands. The values are:
- Face cards (J, Q, K): 10 points each
- Aces: 1 point each
- Number cards: Face value

2. **Winning the Game**: The game is typically played over several rounds. Players can decide on a point limit (e.g., 100 points). The first player to reach or exceed this point limit loses, and the player with the lowest score wins.

Example of Play
1. **Initial Deal**: Each player is dealt 9 cards. The remaining cards form the draw pile, and the top card starts the discard pile.
2. **Player 1's Turn**: Draws a card from the draw pile, then discards a card.
3. **Player 2's Turn**: Draws the top card from the discard pile or draw pile, then discards a card.
4. **Forming Sets**: As players draw and discard, they aim to form sets and sequences. For example, Player 1 may collect 5♠, 6♠, 7♠ for a sequence or three Kings for a set.
5. **Going Out**: Player 3 draws a card, completes all sets and sequences, and discards their last card to go out.

Tips for Strategy
- **Memory**: Keep track of the cards being discarded to guess what your opponents might be collecting.
- **Discard Wisely**: Avoid discarding cards that could complete sets or sequences for your opponents.
- **Flexible Sets**: Aim to keep your hand flexible to form sets or sequences with the cards you draw.

Enjoy playing Cacheta with your friends and family!
