Previously gave two stars because of no alternative of coin redemption other than flights and hotels but the new book a bus ticket is a very good option. Transactions works seem less, application UI is excellent and I really like the overall interface. Only thing is my credit limit is very low while others are offering upto 4L.

My experience with the Scapia app was a complete nightmare. The customer service representatives were rude and unhelpful when I encountered an issue with my booking. The app itself is not user-friendly, making it difficult to navigate and find the information I needed. When I finally managed to book a hotel, I realized there was an error in my reservation. The customer service representative was condescending, dismissive, and unapologetic. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and offered.

NEVER EVER INSTALL THIS APP OR OPEN ACCOUNT IN FEDERAL BANK..! It's totally useless , their bank declines all the payment gateway , i tried to connect customer care but the number is not rechable, i connected through the chat support they said it's mentioned on policy but nothing regarding is mentioned there.This is very frustrating & misleading.
