App doesn't fully function. It scrolls down approx 1 inch then hits abrupt stop but it's not the end of page so you can't see all information needed. When veiwing on browser website there's more info available. Half the time this app redirects to website & log in required AGAIN. I shouldn't need redirect or 2nd login, info is supposed to be in app. Considering these glitches, app security is likely flawed so don't want to use it to pay bill. Fix these errors, there's no point in using app.

Often, the top and/or bottom of the screen is cut off, and the app won't let me scroll to see the whole screen. Also, the app has an option to go to the website to find things not on the app. Isn't the idea of an app not to have to use the website? Put everything on the app that you can do on the website. Otherwise, it works as it should, though navigation isn't always intuitive.

My Consumer Cellular is a useful app for managing your Consumer Cellular account on the go. It provides easy access to billing information, usage details, and plan changes. However, the interface feels a bit dated and could be more intuitive. Additionally, occasional bugs and slow loading times detract from the overall experience. Overall, it gets the job done but could use some improvements for a smoother user experience.
