Overall, the app is good. What pisses me off is that you can put little amounts of money into your wallets, but there is absolutely no way of getting the money back unless you have more money. Anyway, I blame myself for not checking the app out before randomly purchasing cryptos.

Crazily enough there way too many withdrawal threshold's, many fees as depending on the money you make or lose. in this instance i invested into a bundle, i saw that it wasn't performing too well and was losing money and wanted to sell the funds. I reached to support and they told me that investing more was the only way to withdraw all the funds. you barely make anything on here either, I've lost way more than I've put into this app. they're just stealing your money at this point.

I have been trading for the past 9 years and most of that time on Luno. I recently moved to Australia and thought to continue with Luno as it was available in Aus. But soon discovered that there trading fees are considerably higher that most other trading platforms in Australia and higher than where I came from. To top it all, there is a glitch in the Luno Australia dollar pairings that changed my agreed trading value and I lost a bunch of money. Luno denys any fault on there side
