This app is a lot of fun and a great way to stay connected with friends and family. A new update, however, has made it so it doesn't save my place in the middle of messages that I'm watching. If I leave the app and go back it starts the message I was listening to from the very beginning. This is annoying because some of my friends leave REALLY long messages 😅

With the free trial it gave me the option to keep my old photos and videos. Got the premium subscription and the option for the trash bin disappeared. Absolute garbage app, and with no phone number to call the premium subscription is a scam. Thank you for having options in the app that aren't updated on the website. Super helpful

Before the update, if I was listening to a polo, but got interrupted, I could come back to my polo and would resume to the second I left off. Now with the update, it just says I've viewed the entire polo. I am often sending and receiving 10 minutes + polos. So this is extremely inconvenient to try figure out where I've left off and sometimes I'm missing whole polos. The WHOLE POINT of this app is to be able to view when convenient. Which includes throughout the course of a day. PLEASE fix this.
