I've used Faiba for a while and enjoyed the services until one day it just stopped. I can't check balance, neither can I buy data. The number of times I have restarted the phone thinking it's something to do with that. Or used another WiFi source thinking maybe I need to access good internet for the app to function. Like, I get notifications but now what's the point? Can this be fixed? Also I've uninstalled so that I install again to see if it will work...π

This used to be a decent app (3/5) - simple and functional (some of the time). Network issues the past few months seem to have affected or crept into the app. The recent update just made it worse. I keep getting logged-out, most times the app doesn't connect despite others doing so. Sometimes I do not get the right airtime purchase amount until after a few minutes. Progress, don't regress!

At first I liked it, it was fast interms of network. But afew months ago, it's network is weak and not stable. In some areas has network issues. Am in Thika town but no stable network, network is weak, can't work comfortably onthe Internet. Can you do something to stabilize your network? Here in Mangu road next to safaricom foundation, network has issues, very week and sometimes no network. Check your network coverage.I feel like switching to another stable network.
