It used to work well, but recently as I send invitations, they accept it but when trying to lock or unlock (Level Bolt), it gives error messages and doesn't work at all. I have contacted support and did everything they said to try, and yet nothing! This is so frustrating. It became useless except for me and one more family member who has access. But doesn't work for any new invites for Passes and People. Nada.

very glitchy & unreliable. Once you get a lock working, it will work very well. But it takes multiple tries, multiple firmware update attempts, factory defaulting every time something doesn't go perfectly and IMMENSE patience. I would not recommend level products to non techy amateurs. I work professionally in surveillance/security technology and I'm pulling my hair out. if it wasn't the ONLY consumer product on the market that fits my needs for one particular gate lock, I wouldn't buy any

Latest "update" to the android all made it far more difficult to use, and it no longer works with Level WiFi Connect. The second you set up the wifi, the device immediately shows offline. The old version had no issues with WiFi, and the Apple version works fine. You need to fix your application since it makes the lock use frustrating. Update: It seems like the app is flawed compared to the old version. If WiFi is off, the level connect appears offline. Basically, you can't use cellular data.
