The live class does not turn on and the screen repeatedly goes down during the ongoing class.

The app devloper name mentioned on the app i.e. Ravinder arora doesn't exist anywhere on social media, atleast I didn't found it, I just watched their ad and came for exploring, even their website wasn't working, so people writing here and advising for improvements in app are just wasting their time, they have created nothing by themselves on app or web, other than videos and tests, my purpose was that much only, not interested in what they teach but they lie for sure.

1.video zooming is not available. 2.video should have auto PDF feature. pdf download option is not available,all provided contant is from books,then there should not be a problem to providing a PDF. 3.sorting problem in downloaded videos.if we select time sort to recent videos ,it's not fixed,as soon as we came back , settings got changed automatically. 4.help & feedback option is not available. 5. live videos lecture don't contain word page to write ✍️. 6. haven't free books material to study.
