I love all their products. I haven't been disappointed yet. I have my favorites, and sometimes, it is hard to get since they are in high demand. I am now gonna start ordering things I usually don't try. I only had one problem since i have been ordering from them. That was shipping. It was the carrier's fault. My order was placed on the wrong truck, and it took longer to get. I never have had anything arrive broken. if you love hot, this is the place to go.

Pepper Palace is a great place to learn and taste test their products. Some of them I don't like and that's fine and they have other items that's fantastic. Some times I would buy something with out doing a taste test. Because of not knowing what it tastes like until you try it at home. It may shock you because of the flavors, heat, types of fruits that makes it. If it's BBQ sauce try it as dip. Take hot sauce or jelly put over cream cheese as a dip
