Took a while to figure out how to change the language, almost uninstalled thinking it couldn't be done. Pop-up for choosing opponent's piece blocks much of the board, pretty ridiculous considering the importance of seeing the board during this step. And ads, while understandable, are annoying (loud) & fairly frequent, & can't even pay to remove them. With some minor improvements & a pay option, could be great.

The aim of Blaise Müller's original & deceptively simple game is to get a line of 4 pieces (horiz/vert/diag) on a 4×4 board that share 1 property. There are 16 pieces, 1 of each permutation of black/white, hollow/solid, tall/short & round/square, so, eg, a line of 4 tall. Players choose a piece for their opponent to play. One quibble: when doing so, the choice of available pieces obscures the board, which makes choosing the best harder. Otherwise fine, especially if you know & like the game.

Too many ads. I would pay to have none. This is a strategy game that is the most similar available game on the Google Play store but it's quality is low. You can get to English in the settings — Spanish is default.
