When my kid call her there's a kid talking to her not my kid. Video call all she do is sing idk if anything else but my kid got bored after a couple seconds. Chatting you can't even really chat because you can't see the whole chat she says but you can see yours but you don't choose what you say it chooses for you it just gives you a couple options to say stuff to and that's not really cool. 😞🙁🙍‍♀️🙍‍♀️

Watched a video to be able too do the visual call. After the call was answered their was no audio and r couldn't hear anything. So, we hung up and called on the phone option. We answered that call but again! No answer and everything pure silence. What sucks the most is my daughter is 3 and was so excited to talk or even just listen so this was quite a bummer.

This game is horrible. The ONLY thing that is exeptible about this is the messenger. Sure you can text elsa but it chooses the questions for you. And it is the same recording every time you try to call. And sorry to burst your bubble but you dont talk to the real elsa when you message. It is a computer. Anyways I would NOT recommend getting this game. AT ALL.
