Ratings and reviews

Latest update is terrible. I had to re-register, coz my log in details were gone. Updated UI is horrible, accounts only show available amount, and does not show what's on hold. Dukhan Reward page is not allowing me to select a credit card or a month to see the statement.

The app crashes frequently after the recent update and frequent error messages pops. Unable to transfer money or pay bills. No responses yet from the customer service team to the customers' feedback in the appstore!
