This is totally fraud app inside app they showing advertising for 4% cash back on mobile recharge but after recharge just got 0.5% cash back....when I call on customer care they just ask me that I have to recharge on BSNL sim.....can anyone tell me how can I do recharge for Bsnl sim when my number is in jio sim..😂😂 when I clarify the same with the customer care executive he told me very unprofessional answer that I have to use the application like google pay or phonepe for recharge😂🤣

First m using this app from many days and it works very well and suddenly when I did recharge on my father number it is showing success and after that I ask my father he said he didn't receive recharge then I raised the complaint from this app and they refund my amount after 24 hours....Thanks guyzz. 👉Just a advice from my side please tell your customer care advisor to talk politely with the customer and also they directly disconnected the call of customer so please give them proper training.
