Great news! A new version of GBGO® mygbclaim app is now available from the Google Play Store!

GBGO® mygbclaim helps users manage their claims anytime, anywhere from their smartphones. It provides the claim information users need, when they need it. It is easy to use, reliable, and secure. Some of the features/functions available to users are:

SMART bar - Access personalized messages, notifications, reminders, FAQs, and more

Payments - View benefit payments history and receive instant notifications when payments are issued.

Doctor Appointments - Track and manage your doctor appointments and receive friendly reminders on the SMARTbar.

Medical Cards - Access digital versions of the Medical Card and the Pharmacy card (Rx Card) with ‘one click’.

Claim Contacts - Search for medical providers and pharmacies with interactive driving directions and one click call option

Connect with your Resolution Manager – Call, email or attach and send reimbursement requests and doctor notes to your GB Resolution Manager with ‘one click’.

Report Released for Return to Work Date and request your Resolution Manager to update your contact information from the app.

This app does not function properly. It has a setting for direct deposit. When you click on it, it asks to allow access to settings on your phone. After allowing settings, it reverts you back to the original prompt to allow settings to access your phone. Over and over again. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling.

I had gotten so frustrated, like so many people, when it got stuck in the direct deposit! I have to say that when I called the app help line, they were so helpful. I was never on hold and talked with someone right away, and it such an easy fix! Easiest call of my life!

Direct deposit doesn't work. Says it needs permissions to access photos. Window pops up to go to app settings. Settings show photos are allowed. App still says needs permission to access photos. Over and over. I've tried setting up direct deposit for over a month. App doesn't work. Needs major overhaul and updates.

What's new

With this release of GBGO® mygbclaim, eligible users can now enroll in Citi's payment exchange program. Access to the portal for enrollment is made easy through SSO authentication within the app.
