Horrendous. Cant fathom out app or online. I have tried to work out how you index stock. I have tried to buy 3 times within the last 2 weeks . Eventually get to payment and am told coffee break. No wonder no one buys from this site. Each time I have resorted to buying elsewhere. My sdx2500d at £699.00 and extras was finally purchased elsewhere. Sorry but having shopped with you since day one why did you mend something that wasn't broken. I don't have a degree in online shopping.

I've used this app for ages with no problems, but as of yesterday the app will not open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but have no joy. Can't see any changes in my settings so don't know what the problem is. I've recently also downloaded the create and craft app and this has done exactly the same today. No other apps are having any problems which makes me think they've made changes to the apps.

How can it be possible to see what is on tv when the app will not let me in!!?? Please make it a lot easier to veiw your programs, especially when it is difficult to keep up with the presenters saying the colours which are available, surely it would be a lot easier to just give a number for each colour and quicker! It makes it so difficult to place an order onthe phone, sorry to on but this is very frustrating,for me and your so helpful staff! I can't order online as the app won't let me, WHY!
