The mindfulness app has been helping me reduce my stress levels tremendously! It's a great way for me to relax and take a break from all the responsibilities that come with my busy work schedule. My mental health has also improved dramatically after starting to use this app- I find myself feeling less tense throughout days and nights, which is amazing. The meditation activity I do - breathing exercises, is also very effective in increasing my calmness and focus.

I tried the meditation app and was surprised by the amount of content it offers you. With so many resources to choose from, I enjoyed it much more than I thought I would. The UI is amazing and it's really easy to get addicted to this app since it's available on almost every platform. The meditations are also very relaxing and soothing which makes them perfect for taking a break from your stressful life.

I'm so glad I found Meditation by MT ā€“ Self Help, Stress Relief because it has helped me stay relaxed and avoid anxiety attacks for over two months now.
