Ratings and reviews

I really like the game, it's cute and simplistic and not hard to earn more money. However I keep experiencing my pet waking up and his stats draining before the alotted amount of time when I've put him to bed and sometimes when I close the app it doesn't save the pets stats at all so the next time I check the app my pet is sick. I have tried to manually save each before closing the app and have had a little success with that

The visual design of the game is gorgeous, but the mechanics are horrible. The mini game is akin to psychological torture. It's impossible to move past level 12 unless you spend real money. The game shows a ranking board telling you which players have the most stars, but since you can just pay to level up, that list is useless. Customer service on here likes to respond to reviews by suggesting that you should play the game with friends and family, as if that excuses the greed.

i play this game with my partner and it feels almost impossible to keep the pet healthy... i leave it alone for a bit and suddenly all the hearts are down to zero and the pet is sick, and we never have enough coins to buy the medicine despite constantly playing the minigames... it's a cute idea and i like the pets, but it's so difficult for no reason, it almost seems pay-to-win.
