Unfriendly apps when to check outstanding payment & excess payment not in one page. After made payment then pop up another excess/outstanding payment. Can ur team made one page for outstanding/excess payment so all customer can pay all total in one payment rather then log in/out into online bank apps. The old version are more user friendly in term of payment/outstanding/new bill. Easy to search and make payment. In my hard copy bill only 1 month outstanding. This apps Very poor upgrade.

Successful payment in FPX online banking, but not updated by the SEB cares system at night. I thought the payment was successful but email said the payment failed. I made a second payment, now i had extra payment. How can i get back my money, i need money. Already email to you. Thanks.

Bills paid, but then not updated in the system, and the bill will appear as an outstanding bill. Do something & make it worth and work before all users hit full bar of 1 star then this app will take down by play store.
