Ratings and reviews

The application need Location Permission, don't know what purpose it would serve. If I want to exit at this point, due to some reason, the Back button doesn't work, have to exit with Home button. Won't the people who see the rating be able to give the comments to the developer? The email is still lengthy.

Ah, the classic update paradox! They promise to "enhance" the app, but what they really mean is, "Let's make sure nothing works the same way ever again." Fixing bugs? Oh no, they'd rather introduce a few more just to keep things interesting. Quality of life improvements? More like "How can we ruin their user experience, one 'improvement' at a time?" I'm not angry but disappointed, since there are better alternative (Which is better)than the app issued by the bank :)

I'm unable to open the app. When clicking on it after loading for some time, it says request timed out. Please try again. I reinstalled the app. Same issue. Very disappointing. Update: I tried the mentioned steps. Still same issue. At first, it asks for location access. Even after granting that, the dialogue box never goes. Really time consuming and disappointin
