About this game
Adding a Joker to the playing cards is also called "turtle", and then the dealer distributes the cards evenly to all players. After the player receives the cards, as long as there are two cards with the same number, they can be played. When there is no card with the same number, the draw starts.
To draw a card, draw a card to the player on the right or left in a counterclockwise direction. If it has the same number as the card in the hand, it can be discarded.
