I can see my balance in the app, but can't access anything else. Need mobile deposit for checks - can no longer find it in app much less use it. Really need to fix as I'm out of state majority of the time and will have to make deposits at "partner" brick and mortar locations. Not very happy...but I guess if I can't use it, crooks can't either... Some security upgrade...

Basically does what I need it to do (transfers, view account info) but the most useful feature of depositing checks has been hit or miss (90% miss) for the past month or so. The app closes when trying to take the second pic of a check, whether it's the front or the back. I have removed/ reinstalled to no avail. Other family members have experienced this as well.

This app definitely needs improvement. I can see my balance and tried to transfer money it goes back to login page.. i cant access bill pay ..again takes me back to login page. Everything I try to do through this app sends me back to login page. I contact ABNB and I'm being told no one else is experiencing this problem?! 😡 no problem I am done with this credit union!!
