This card fails every time I try to top it up. I have to call the help desk, they check it and tell me they have fixed it. When I use it, it works, until the next time. It frequently says my password is incorrect, it cannot complete transactions, or it has no record of my account. App or website, fails every time. The people are helpful.

Absolutely useless, it crashes everytime you attempt to scan your bankcard to transfer money, it continuously sites error messages. I spoke to the card support 5 times, and they had no idea how to fix it. They just kept telling me to use the online platform because the app doesn't work. Avoid this card. There are plenty of good options out there, but this is not one of them.
