Setup was an absolute nightmare. Their instructions are wrong and many of the links for guidance are broken. The consultant I got via WhatsApp wasn't very keen to help me out and said they'd escalate the issue, only to have never escalated the issue. Speeds have never been as advertised, always about 7mbs slower both up and down.

I have been with Afrihost for many years and I have only ever had one problem, which when I called them, they talked me through the steps to fix it. They upgraded my package once and I've just upgraded again. Afrihost is a fantastic company and is all that I can ask for.

best fiber experience by far. and I had a lot of ISP. If you are looking for the best and fastest fiber with consistency, I recommend afrihost. thank me later
