About this app

The program for the collection of data on goods and materials (delivery, consumption, orders, estimates, balances input) to be exchanged with the accounting software on the computer. The program works independently and does not require a constant connection to the Internet or a local network.

C program Vvs "Data acquisition" can scan bar codes of goods with the help of built-in camera or barcode scanner. It should be noted that the use of the barcode scanner is preferred for large quantities.

You can also enter the goods code from the keyboard or select items from the list. Thus, Vvs "Collect Data" may be performed without using bar coding.

The names of the goods, their barcodes, prices and balances can be loaded into Vvs "Data acquisition" of the accounting program.

The following download options products:

- download product descriptions directly via a network connection with our accounting program Vvs "Office - Warehouse - Shop"

- loading from a text file, which can be obtained by e-mail or pumped from the server.

Enter the number and, if necessary, the price for each of the read code. Displays the total amount.

Supported by editing and adding new products. Can read bar codes that are not given a product name and price. Names of new products can be started directly in the program and then transfer into your program.

The following options selected discharge codes:

- unloading imposed by codes and changed the names of the goods directly through a network connection to our accounting program Vvs "Office - Warehouse - Shop"
- upload a text file, which can then be sent by e-mail or other service.

Possible usage scenarios:

- Inventory. An inventory of the warehouse or retail outlet.

- The arrival of the goods. Receiving the invoice to the warehouse. The ability to enter product names when reading an unknown barcode.

- Sales of goods. The selection of goods to the customer on or trading hall.

- Itinerant trade retail. If the point of sale is difficult to equip a computer to record sales, then use your phone or tablet can facilitate the structuring of the sales report.

- Work on the customer's premises. Order Making or estimates on the customer's premises.

To read the barcode with your phone's camera using the free Barcode Scanner program is an open source project ZXing. If it is not set, then prompted to set (requires an Internet connection). it is also possible to install without access to the Internet from your APK file.
