Takes forever to load, +constantly crashes once it loads. No reply from Airstream. Also paid for the subscription through AT&T, the bandwidth provided is only enough to power the airstream app, at $360 a year you would think they'd give you more data so that you can utilize the on board Wi-Fi to stream movies and music. Yet the bandwidth prohibits you from streaming anything other than the data needed to power the Airstream App. Definitely not worth the $360 a year!

Thank you for the feedback. We've made improvements to the latest version of the app. Regarding the 4G LTE data, the $360 annual plan is unlimited 4G LTE data (included for a year for free with 2019 Airstream Classic). It seems like something isn't working correctly. Can you please contact customer_support@airstream.com?

Latley, Most of the time the app won't even connect. Changing location or internet connection doesn't change anything. Definitely needs some work.

Abysmal user interface, inconsistent connectivity, and absolute lack of anything confidence inspiring conspire to make the system that much worse for attempting to utilize this app.
