Can't open mortgage loan app on Android phones, the more info does not show in profile view. I used to be able to see it in only in landscape view on cell but, the app would log me out automatically when the phone rotates to landscape position. Then I would have to sign back in (good thing biometrics is enabled). (Phone is operating @ latest version & etc.). Tech support recently fixed the problem of getting logged out, by stopping the app from being able to rotate. Apple users don't have issues

It accomplishes everything from bill pay to credit card score from Trans Union. Bill pay to individuals that you manually add or from a searchable list. WIDGET with balances. Reliable, never down (In my recollection aside from I believe two overnight updated when the actual site was fjsn for maintenance). Message threading for contacts and bank staff and they understand you and actually help you the FIRST time. Clean interface, no additional superfluous functionalities that you might use once

What I like is the clear, concise layout of the app, making the options and choices easy. Transfers to savings are a breeze and the app is responsive. Ads on there are a bit annoying, but you learn to ignore them. The reason why it is only four stars is every time I log into the app, it asks me if I want to setup a finger print security scan. Even after declining the option, it constantly wants to open that sector of the app. Fix this bug and you get a fiber star review.
