The day before I renewed my subscription, my car stopped reporting the location. That was 4 months ago. so basically, I paid to have the app say my car is 20 minutes away at a shopping center and hasn't moved in all of that time. I called for help and was told I would be called back in a few days, which that was months ago, and no call back yet. If they can get it together, I would gladly pay to keep the subscription, but this is just a waste of time and money.

This app really does not work very well. I have it set up to notify me when my car moves and I'll get a notification at midnight saying my car is moving only to find out that it was just notifying me of the movement from 4 plus hours ago.

This is horrible. Shows my car miles away from me even though it's in my driveway. Shows myself a few neighborhoods away even on wifi. 0 Accuracy. Every time I refresh it changes the location to somewhere random. I'm on wifi / 5g on a Samsung Galaxy 25 Ultra. Smart tags you use on luggage are more accurate.
