The app has an intuitive design and user-friendly navigation. A standout feature is its display of medicine composition and alternatives. Kudos to the developer team! Overall, the service has been excellent, with only a few exceptions.

Worst app ever. in my recent order I had applied a coupon provided by the app itself named 'PHONEPEUPI' which was supposed to get me Rs.500 cashback on my phonepe if I fulfill all the criteria & I did.I applied the coupon & the order was placed.After the payment didn't get any sort of cashback/benefits from the coupon and they denied telling the coupon was not eligible for my order! This is how they are scamming their customers through fake coupons.I would've got a better discount on other app.

I’m very disappointed with the Apollo Pharmacy app. Their customer service is terrible, and deliveries are always delayed. Most times, when I call, the delivery agents tell me, 'Just cancel the order; we aren’t delivering it.' It’s shocking for a healthcare app to be so unreliable, especially when people need timely medicine. I wouldn’t recommend this app if you value your time and health.
