About this app

REMI is the first alarm clock that coaches kids to sleep better from birth to 10.

===== For BABIES =====
== A Baby Monitor ==
Listen and talk to your baby from your App, at home or outside.

== A Sleep Tracker ==
REMI tracks what happens in the room at night - light, temperature and noises - to record the profile of each night and help parents understand what the best sleep conditions for their baby are.

===== For TODDLERS =====
== A Sleep Trainer ==
As long as REMI is sleeping, it's not time to wake up yet. Easily manage your kids bedtime schedule for the whole week in the twinkling of an eye.

====== For ALL =====
== A Bluetooth Speaker ==
Stream music on REMI from any Bluetooth device

== A Night Light ==
Color and Brightness 100% customizable

== A Lullabies, Stories and Music Player ==
REMI can store audio mp3 content from parents devices like a USB mass storage.
REMI also offers subscription based content, thanks to partnership with major youth content editors.

== An Alarm Clock ==
When your kid grows up, REMI remains his preferred alarm clock

You can install several REMIs for several children.

One smartphone can control all the REMIs, and any of the REMIs can be controlled by several smartphones (Dad, Mom, GrandPa, GrandMa, Nanny, etc…).

Very unreliable. Even when it "works" it's not unusual for the alarm not to work. Frequently encounters bugs/error codes. Apparently in 2019 the Y2K bug caught up to it and has completely disabled the clock. Support was fairly helpful even if instructions weren't entirely accurate. Got the firmware update through trial and error but refuses to boot up and connect to network. Last year it was mediocre at best, now it's more plastic junk

This device and this app do not work. If you can get it to sync up with the app it won't ever stay synced. As others have said, it will not reliably tell time or work as an alarm. At 9pm tonight it read 8:24, somehow. At 6am it randomly reset to noon. Does not work as a clock, an alarm, a music player, or even as a nightlight. This was a complete waste of a purchase, and even with over a year of trying to get it to work (following every single suggestion from their website)... Still junk.

Hi, I'm Herve, creator of REMI. I'm getting back to you about the comment you wrote in 2019. We have worked a lot since that time to improve REMI and solve the bugs reported by the users like you. We have updated REMI, and all these unconvenient anomalies should be solved now. How is it on your side ? You can join "Herve", on contact@urbanhello.com

My device only defaults to Europe/Paris timezone, even though I've selected America/Chicago. I've removed the device from my account, unpaired it from WiFi and Bluetooth and unplugged the power. It might switch to the timezone that I've set but it will eventually revert back to the Paris timezone. Something about this is buggy and I hope it gets fixed soon.
