Payments by clients can be made in a flexible way, be it 100% up front or with terms of which the amount and timeframe are determined by you yourself. Clients can bargain with companies and professionals in Archiloka.

Via Archiloka various files such as RAB, MOU, and work progress can be sent by companies or professionals to their clients who order/buy services/goods at Archiloka. Property/project owners as potential clients can look for contractors, architects, designers, materials to order services, buy or rent goods and materials.

Property/project owners can also register their project at Archiloka to get the best offer, and the winner will get the project to be completed. Prices for goods and services offered on this platform are determined by individual companies and professionals, and are not determined or set by Archiloka.

To join Archiloka, companies and professionals in the field of architecture and interior can register for free. However, to finance operations and organize periodic training for companies and professionals, Archiloka will charge an administration fee of 5% of the total sales/contracts obtained. With this model, Archiloka can focus on developing technology and services to make it easier for companies and professionals to use this platform.
