It would be really nice if you made the application show the QR code of a ticket straight away after running the app. Now you have to press several buttons before you can show the ticket to the driver, sometimes it rains and tehere is no shelter and you cannot do it outside the bus, before the bus comes, sometimes you run to catch the bus, and it's not so easy to run the app when you get into a bus

It's just not as user friendly as it should be. Feels clunky to use, and not as smooth as the older version. Screens seem to be used to take up branding or obvious information, rather than providing details on the job you're trying to do, such as quickly buying a ticket. Overall - just very poor UI, as if been designed by people that don't use buses.

You need to create an account even if you only want to try to track a bus (don't bother - the tracking won't be accurate..). Tracking useless: made-up data masquerading as fact. Arriva now just remove buses rather than being honest and showing as cancelled like they used to. Ticket purchase as bad as tracking. Bought a supposed-weekend pass but app shows it expires at 0159 Sunday morning!
