Almost never works. I've taken to walking around our building to the rear entrance, where we still have a normal M3 cylinder installed for access. Key won't update, and when it did, it was incredibly unreliable. It would say accepted, and still not open the lock. I had to try 3 or 4 times every morning to get in. I'm a locksmith, and would never recommend this expensive junk.

There are multiple parts involved (key, mobile phone, networks) so we would really appreciate if you could reach out to your closest CLIQ support with this feedback so that we can address the issue.

Key no longer connecting to Android App. I have tried everything from removing battery to uninstalling and re-installing the app but still not able to discover the key. However, installing the app on an iPhone works, so seems there is something wrong with the android app. Same issue has been confirmed by all our engineers that I have spoken to so hopefully that will give you a better idea of where the issue lies and you can fix it soon

When it works it's ok. But it randomly likes to disconnect your device which is super when you're trying to enter a site for work and have to uninstall the whole thing only to reinstall it and wait for it to reconnect (which crashes or has network errors). Then when it works and you open the door the key disconnects again. Great product with amazing reliability.......no wait that's not it.
