Not convenient at all. I tried logging in on my other device but you need an approval from the bank to log in from another device. When i tried logging back in my old device i cannot log in anymore cause i need to register the device first. Like! Hello. It was the first device that i logged in to but now both my 2 phone cannot log in! So incovenient.

the app does not have a help button where users can communicate their concerns. I also noticed that the e-statement for credit card is stuck on the year 2020, it's impossible to check the previous month's billing, please update/upgrade the app

User interface design is way better than their desktop eBanking design, but completing transactions upon clicking "Submit" doesn't happen right away. Probably their backend server is not responsive as it usually takes a minute to complete fund transfers for example. It is frustrating for me as a user when it comes to user experience.
