I have never been more disappointed by an IT department. The app worked fine, then they "upgraded" and changed my password without informing me. When I was locked out of my account and tried to call, the auto prompt gave me no option to talk to anyone. All branches redirected to nothing and hung up. The constant frustrations with the IT solutions is going to cause me to go to GE Credit Union.

Absolutely HATE this app. I don't normally write reviews about apps but this one completely upsets me. App won't even open when it does it just sits on the loading screen. If it actually loads it never lets me log in, it just kicks me out of the app. I've tried restarting my phone, deleting and redownloading the app, and even tried to simply use another device but it does not work no matter what I do. Would give it 0 stars if I could. App just makes me mad. FIX IT!

this is the only banking app (out of 4 that i use) where the fingerprint log on does not stay on. makes me log in manually everytime. i go in the app, turn it on, but it NEVER stays on. functionality wise the banking aspect works great, but dont offer biometric screening if it doesnt actually work.
