While Bank Islami’s app is smooth and user-friendly, the rest of their services are disappointing. Customer support is extremely slow and unhelpful. The in-branch experience is just as frustrating, with long wait times and unresponsive staff. Even though the app works well, the overall banking experience is far from satisfactory. If you're looking for more than just a good app, I would not recommend Bank Islami.

I am in UAE and after updating the password , I cannot login anymore until customer service enables it again by calling them. Tried calling from my registered mobile number. The bank can not verify because their system couldn't translate +92 when I call from abroad. Sending email from the registered email address did not work either. I am basically locked out from my account due to a password update and stuck with banks complex processes / customers residing abroad.

I opened a bank account in BI and wanted to use it online. It took me 4 hours to try on App. First location error, then OTP non reception, then captcha is wrong and then account block. I can not understand why so many security steps in just logging into an app and then the system is not capable to send OTP. Pathetic app
