As others have mentioned, this is not a decent app. I can't do anything with it. Also, they have not been sending out e-mails/notifications that my next order is shipping (I have subscribed to the subscription service) and it gets sent out anyway. I know it is my fault for not making changes, but a courtesy call would be the decent thing to do. They won't even answer e-mails

It won't let me log in. I tried several times, and it always says my password is not correct. I reset it, and it still says the same thing even though I know it's correct. I can log in to the websight online with no issues using the same password. This app has issues. I wouldn't recommend it.

Cannot log in. I have tried several times with same username and password that logs me in the website; however, the same username and password does not work in the app. App keeps telling me my username and password are incorrect. I have reset my password several times & it still will not log me in the app. I can log into the website with no problems. I have emailed Bartesian about this issue and I have not gotten a response.
