Ratings and reviews

Identity verification for foreigners is really a hassle. They refused my verification 3 times in a row. Then, after several months of using the service successfully, they suddenly decided to "fail" my verification again and I had to restart from scratch! Probably it's more convenient for operators to simply refuse verification for those who don't have a local ID card.

great interface and quick response, but i cant add my credit card somehow

Shopee forced users to use Airpay but this is quite an useless app with many issues. I can't link this to my bank account and therefore I cannot use Airpay and they do not allow me to withdraw my money even before they requested to add my card. There are also a lot more to improve in the app, rather than forcing people to use it with Shopee, I can never find anything good to recommend this one.
