Customer service is very good; it's the best thing about PROTEIN. Food quality is good & clean. The flavour in their chicken dishes improved a lot compared to 2023. Meat & seafood: delicious. Some salads may become soggy by the time you want to eat it, because meals are delivered the day before. Desserts are yummy. Some meals may look different than the pictures, but it has also improved. The app is easy to use. Subscription, choosing meals, pausing the subscription can all be done from the app.

The app is nice. But with some bugs. Not everything working. For example, I can't change the password. it always it says that the new password doesn't match. The field "set your goals" doesn't work, the app just closing if you tap on that. Besides that everything is OK. Choosing food is easy and most of meal has pictures and small descriptions.

I'm disappointed with the false advertising of the food pictures and ingredients on the app as well as the lack of effort from customer service to rectify issues. They only apologize constantly with no recourse or resolution. the Food looks nothing than what is delivered! also, I was served white filet when I selected salmon. the steak was burned, over cooked, and hard. my breakfast that Said Bacon was served with regular sausage! unhappy customer especially for the price paid.
