This review serves as a possible fix for the app crashing when trying to connect the EXO-COM unit. What worked for me was manually allowing app permissions "Nearby devices" and "Location" in the Android settings. Hopefully this works for others as well. The app is unstable and not user friendly. The microphone quality of the unit itself is very bad.

The headset is useless if you go above 20mph, the features it claims to have do not work, the intercom is pointless and doesn't pick up half of what you say. The app, therefore, is just pointless. It's a shame, really, I expected so much more from Scorpion. I'll stick to Sena from now on!

Requested a lot of permission, like, take pictures, use gallery, I feel uncomfortable to enable allow the permissions, just to use the app. After trying to connect the device through the app, it crashed. I'll just use the Exo-com without the app, thanks.
