This application should enhance user convenience, not add to their difficulties. Since February 20th, I've been attempting to update my data for JHT claim, but it consistently displays "capacity building." As of now, the feature remains inaccessible, and I'm uncertain when maintenance began. It appears other users are facing similar challenges. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Can't use the app since the whole country's database has been attacked by hacker because an idiot man deciced to use Windows Defender as cyber security for a country's server database.

The update is very foolish, it can't even be opened. Don't ask us to contact the contact center; the purpose of this comment feature is for you to hear the complaints of your application users.
